Win Watch! is a program designed to monitor 3 vital parts of your
Windows 3.1 system.

    * User resources
    * GDI resources
    * Free Memory

If any one of these three parts of Windows 3.1 becomes low, you are in
danger of crashing your system.  Win Watch can help you prevent these
crashes by warning you of eminent danger.  When any of these 3 items
falls below the "safe" level the corresponding meter will turn red.
This indicates that you need to close some other application before
something terrible happens...

Add Win Watch (WINWATCH.EXE) to your Start-Up group to have full-time
